Jim’s background includes marketing directors and officer’s liability, employment practices liability, employee benefits liability, and fiduciary liability insurance coverages for startups and established organizations alike.

As a subject matter expert, Jim excels in commercial insurance including workers compensation, general liability, property insurance and business auto. He has a history of analyzing market data and competitive information to enhance marketing and sales efforts, resulting in significant territory and account rounding.

Jim was recruited to lead a Medical Professional Liability Insurance Vertical, and managed a $15M Direct Written Premium Book of Business across a multi-state territory, which included establishing all Medical Professional Liability, Management Liability, Cyber Liability, and Commercial Lines for a startup Specialty Group. Jim also authored an article for a local publication titled “Cyber Liability Trends.”
