With over 25 years overall experience, and 10 years with a healthcare subspecialty, Ms. Ellis-Racic represents healthcare practices including dental, optometry, chiropractics, psychiatry, physical therapy, OBGYN, and pediatrics in all matters relating to commercial real estate. These areas of expertise include establishing de-novo or start up offices, negotiating assignment and extension of leases in connection with practice purchases, disposition of excess medical office space, coordinating medical office relocations, buy vs. lease studies, space efficiency analysis, strategic planning and portfolio management.

Ms. Ellis-Racic also has experience working with Dental Service Organizations and multi-location practices in finding solutions for office and medical office needs.
